Return Policy for Kouassi KustomsĀ 

At Kouassi Kustoms, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from our website can be returned.

Time Frame:

  • Products can be returned within 5 days of the delivery date with the exception of waist beads, skincare products, art/crafts, potpourri and digital products.Ā 

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Return shipping will be customers responsibility.

Process for Returns:

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team atĀ connect@kouassikustomske.comĀ to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return address.
  3. Ship the Product Back: Pack the item securely and attach the return shipping label. Drop the package off at the designated shipping carrier you choose and provide us with tracking number.Ā 
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment minus restock fee of $10.Ā 

Exceptions and Exclusions:

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return. This includes Waist beads, Digital products, Skincare products, art/crafts, potpourri.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping/ restock fees may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.

Exchange Policy: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
